Robert Carl Wyman, age 76, passed away September 29, 2016 from colon cancer. He was born on November 25, 1939 in Kansas City, Kansas to Irving and Hazel Wyman. He married Kathryn Booth in St. Charles, Idaho together they had three children.
He worked in the telecommunications industry at Mountain Bell and later as a salesman for several suppliers. He was a ham radio operator since he was a young boy, K0DUD was his first call sign and later he used WA7CLG. He loved spending time in his motor home, Glacier Park was his favorite destination. He loved spending time with his grandchildren; teaching them many life lessons including ice cream was brain food.
He was a loving husband and devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be missed by us all.
He is survived by his wife; Kathryn of Sandy, children; Brent (Brenda) of West Jordan, Lorna of West Jordan, Rodney of South Bound Brook, NJ, siblings; Chester of Murray, Tom of Kansas and Irene of Kansas, grandchildren; Jillian (Donny), Elizabeth (Jeremy), Angela and Mackenzie, Great grandchildren; Cali, Adley, Sadie and Jackson.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 1:00pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd (10600 S) in Sandy in the Garden of Gethsemane and Sermon on the Mount.
