Jack L. Mackay, age 71, joined his Father in Heaven on December 2, 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was welcomed by his father, LaMar T., mother, Mary B. Mackay, his brother, Lester B. Mackay and numerous family members.
Jack graduated from Granger High School in 1961 and went on to serve his country proudly in the US Army. He later spent his career at and retired from IBM.
He is missed terribly by his survived daughter, Krysty, grandson, SPC Derrick James, granddaughter, Karryssa Jacquelyn and great-grandson, Damien James.
Funeral services for Jack will be held on Fri. Dec. 12, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 South 1950 East, Sandy, Utah, where a visitation will be held from 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm prior to the services. Please leave online condolences for the family at www.larkinmortuary.com.
