Marjory Lee Anderson, age 85, passed away on May 17, 2019. She was born on February 17, 1934 to Mary Eleanor Powers Brown in Cincinnati, Ohio. In October 1982, she married the love of her life, Dennis DeVere Anderson in Rexburg, Idaho. They had many happy years together. They loved going to movies, shopping, traveling, and spending time with each other. Marjory has missed Dennis very much since his death on January 11, 2006.
Marjory was a dedicated and hard worker. She was employed by the University of Utah for over 20 years working in patient billing.
She loved to laugh, tease, and have a good time. When there was a holiday or any special occasion, she would dress up and decorate accordingly. She enjoyed going to Wendover and Las Vegas. On one memorable trip to Wendover with Dennis, she won a new car.
Marjory was always kind and thoughtful to others. She was loving, unselfish, forgiving, and a treasured friend to those who knew and loved her. She endured many trials throughout her life.
She was so happy to recently become reunited with her wonderful family. Marjory has four children that she lovingly gave up for adoption: Dean (Nancy) Getter of St. Paris, Ohio, Debra Ruth Ann Allen Wade (deceased), Greg (Donna) Allen of Wilmington, Ohio; Granddaughter Molly (Scott) McGowan; Grandson Bruce Allen, and Carla Armstrong of Salt Lake City, Utah.
She is survived by her brother Vic (Mickey) Huber, sister Mary Jean (Bob) Godbey, nieces; Terri (Stephen) Weiss, Cindy (Tom) Weir, Terri Huber (Bill) Nelson, nephews; Tim Huber, Will (Debra) Huber, Kevin (Natalie) Huber; and some dear and close friends, Jeff and Connie Simister.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor, and brothers Richard Taylor and Curt (Trish) Huber.
