Dianne Cary

1949 ~ 2019

Dianne Cary‚Äã returned to her Heavenly Father on October 24, 2019 in Sandy, U‚ÄãT. She was born to Garold and Audrey Sharp on March 15, 1949 in Murray, UT.

She was happily married to her sweetheart James Douglas Cary on June 24, 1966. A devoted wife and mother, Dianne remains an example to her children to always do your best and never give up.

She graduated from Murray High School and dedicated her career to the Jordan School District. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and attending big family gatherings. Her love for family knew no bounds as she always welcomed a visit no matter how short. She especially loved to play and share her contagious laugh with her grandchildren whenever possible.

Dianne regularly had a pristine and beautiful appearance. She loved matching and accessorizing from head to toe, even picking through a collection of purses to complete the look of the day. Bringing to light her endearing nickname of "princess grandma". Her sparkling diamonds coming second only to her heart that shines with love and care.

Dianne is tributed by her daughter Robyn, "She taught us to be mindful of others, respect other people, property, and feelings. She supported us in activities as well as our school work. Mom always accepted gifts, no holiday was needed. She really appreciated work and a clean house. She taught me how to cook, always for 6 to 8 people. I still have never learned to cook for 2. I know she is glad to be in a better place. She is with Dad and others who love her like we do. We know she will never be far, and always in our hearts and thoughts. We love you, Mom."

Dianne is survived by her four children, Robyn, Allison, Ray, and Aaron with their spouses, 14 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Dianne was laid to rest at ‚ÄãLarkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South, Sandy, Utah on October 28, 2019 next to her sweetheart Jim.
