Sherrell Hull Johnson, age 76, passed away November 7, 2016 in Taylorsville, Utah. He was born on July 2, 1940 in Glendale, Utah to Price William Johnson and Helen Hull Johnson. He married Ruth Clara Jensen in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 31, 1963. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on January 14, 1970.
Sherrell was a hardworking man who gave fully of himself to others, touching the lives of many. He enjoyed spending time with his family and going on road trips. Especially travelling with his help mate, Clara.
Sherrell is survived by his 7 children; Michelle (Harold) Vincent, Sheri (Tim) Nielson, James (Carolyn) Johnson, Susan (Jerry) Mounteer, Michael (Shelly) Johnson, Ruth (Kevin) Locher, and Esther Wilson, 35 grandchildren and 59 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his eternal sweetheart Ruth Clara.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy.
