Sharron Faye Myers passed away peacefully in the home of her daughter, Tammy Colbert in Kuna, ID on October 10, 2017. She was blessed with all four daughters by her side for many days before passing. She was born in Pocatello, ID on March 23, 1937 to Donald Ver and Hazel Mae Teeples. Sharron graduated from West High in Salt Lake City, UT and married Joseph Ferro in 1954. Their union created four daughters, Cindy, Sheryl, Wendy and Tammy. She later married Richard E Myers and they resided in the original home on Capri Drive.
Sharron was a strong and successful business woman throughout her lifetime. She loved to work in her yard and kept it in immaculate condition. She enjoyed working in her garden and sharing the fruits of her labors with everyone she knew. One of her greatest joys was decorating her house for the holidays, especially Christmas. Alzheimer's eventually stripped her of her memories and her capacity of being able to live a full and productive life.
She is survived by her sister Linda (Steve) Hale, Farmington, NM, daughters Cindy (Joe) Egli, West Jordan, UT, Sheryl (Bruce) Edwards, Auburn, WY, Wendy (Steve) Stoehr, Spokane, WA and Tammy (Ron) Colbert, Kuna, ID, 9 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronald Ver Teeples.
Please join us at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) Sandy, UT to celebrate the wonderful life she led for 80 wonderful years. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Sharron will be buried next to her parents. Online condolences welcomed at larkincares.com.
