Obituary
Tylee Ann Cisneros
Tylee Ann Cisneros was born on August 18, 2026, at 8:56 p.m., at just 24 weeks and 2 days gestation. She weighed only 15.7 ounces, but from the moment she entered the world, this tiny girl had an incredible strength that was far bigger than her size.
Tylee was the daughter of Kaylee and Colton Cisneros and a long-awaited, deeply loved baby girl. After years of hoping, praying, and trying to grow their family, her parents finally got to meet their daughter. They had dreamed of her for so long, and she was worth every moment of the wait.
Tylee’s name carries a special piece of her family with it. Her name was created from the names of the people who were already so important in her life. “Ty” came from her uncle Tyler, who passed away in 2019, “Lee” came from her uncle’s middle name, and her name also carries a piece of her mother, Kaylee. It is a name filled with family, love, and remembrance. It brings her family comfort to imagine Tylee and Tyler together now, and to believe that he was there to welcome his little niece when she arrived.
Tylee arrived much earlier than anyone expected after her mother developed severe preeclampsia. She spent all 39 days of her life in the NICU, where she fought through challenges no baby should have to face.
But Tylee’s story was about so much more than what she was fighting against. It was about the little girl her parents got to know and love.
Her parents got to hold her, talk to her, read to her, and memorize every tiny part of her. Colton read The Princess Bride to her during their time together and finished the entire book by her side. They treasured every moment they were given—from holding her tiny hands, to watching her open her eyes and look toward them, to the precious times when she smiled for them.
Those smiles will forever be among their most treasured memories.
Tylee was also deeply loved by the incredible nurses and NICU team who cared for her. They came to know her as a little person—not simply as a patient. They knew what she loved, what comforted her, and the little things that made her happy. They celebrated her milestones, cared for her with extraordinary tenderness, and fought for her so hard.
Her parents will forever be grateful to the people who loved their girl alongside them and gave her such beautiful care during her short time here.
On September 26, 2026, at 39 days old, Tylee passed away after developing severe necrotizing enterocolitis and sepsis.
Although Tylee’s life was far too short, it was filled with an immeasurable amount of love. She brought her parents a love they had waited years to know and gave them memories they will cherish for the rest of their lives. Her tiny life touched more people than she could ever have known.
Tylee was here.
She was loved.
She was known.
She mattered.
And she will forever be a part of the family who loved her so fiercely.
Tylee is survived by her parents, Kaylee and Colton; her grandparents; aunts and uncles; cousins; and the many people who loved her from the moment they knew she existed.
She was welcomed into Heaven by her Uncle Tyler, her big sister Olive, and her great-grandparents, who were surely waiting to wrap their arms around her.
Her parents are forever grateful that they got to be Tylee’s mom and dad. They will carry her with them for the rest of their lives, holding close every memory, every moment, and every bit of love their daughter gave them.
They will miss all the moments they were supposed to have—the first steps, the first words, the birthdays, the laughter, the adventures, and watching their little girl grow into the woman she was meant to become.
But no amount of time could ever have changed what Tylee means to them.
She was their daughter.
She was their miracle.
She was their little girl.
And she always will be.
Until we meet again, sweet Tylee.
Mommy and Daddy love you forever.
