Barnabas “Barney” Paul Knowlton is preceded in death by his two younger brothers, Williard and Roger, his mother, Maria McArthur, his father, Horace Knowlton, and his stepfather, Art McArthur. He is survived by his siblings, John, Rick, Sarah, Peter, and Ruth, who will cherish the memories they shared with their beloved brother.
In commemorating the life of Barney Knowlton, we celebrate a remarkable man whose legacy will endure. His unwavering spirit, intellectual brilliance, and genuine kindness will continue to inspire all those whose lives he touched.

A reflection room will be made available at Larkin Mortuary(260 E South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84111) from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm for those who would like to sit in silence to reflect of his life. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May31, 2023, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park (17111 1700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065). BYOF (Bringyour own Flowers) is encouraged.
