Michele Richards Brock, 73 years of age, passed away peacefully at home in St. George, Utah, on Wednesday, November 15, 2017. She was Born September 24, 1944 in Burley, Idaho to Dale C. Richards and Fay Emma Bingham. Attended schools in Salt Lake City and graduated from Granite H.S. and attended the U. of U. She married Melvin J. Brock on December 1, 1966 in Salt Lake City, and they were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on November 4, 1971. They had two beautiful children and she was a loving mother and wife; she also found much joy in being a grandmother.
Michele loved spending time with her family and friends; she really loved them all. She was always thinking of others first. She was active in the LDS Church where she enjoyed serving others until her health would not allow it. Survived by husband, Melvin J. Brock; Son, Micheal J. (Nanda) Brock; Daughter, Malia J. (Lee) Van Komen; Sisters, Sharon Dale (Woody) Snider; Lyn Ann (Greg) Phillips; Brothers, Lee Richards; Micheal B. (Connie) Richards. And Nine grandchildren and numerous Cousins and Nieces and Nephews.
Calling hours will be 4 to 5:30 PM at the Morningside Stake Center, 879 S. River Road in St. George, UT on Saturday November 18th, and again at 12:30 PM at Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 E. 10600 S.) in Salt Lake City on Monday, November 20. The Funeral will follow at 2:00 PM at the same location. Interment at Larkin.
