Messi Ntirandekura , was born in Kenya, East Africa on 8/15/2010 and passed away In the United States on 8/15/2018. Messi passed away after celebrating his 8th birthday. Messi spent 2 years at Primary Children's Medical Hospital fighting lungs disease. Messi leaves behind his father Domitien Ntirandekura and mother Penina Nindagije. Messi also leaves five siblings; brother Elyse Manirambona, Elias Manirambona,, Ntirandekura Lionel and Sister Sages Ntirandekura, Aurore Ineza. He is also survived by Grandmother Sofia Bampfumukeko, family and friends. Messi was an inspiration of strength and courage to many. He was wise beyond his years and brightened the lives of everyone he met. Messi's loving spirit and personality will be deeply missed by his parents and he will be greatly missed and loved not only by his community, but worldwide. His legacy of strong opportunity that he experienced in the last 8 years will forever remain in our hearts. Messi went to Riley Elementary School where he was able to enjoy and experience different subjects. He was a very intelligent and creative student. He loved solving mathematic problems. He was very gifted in language art. He was able to learn Kirundi, Swahili and English languages. He always liked to be clean and gentle. He loved playing soccer as part of his sport hobby. He was actually good at it. He also loved computer science, played and won so many games. Messi was a humble boy, who respected everyone. Although, life was very challenging for him, he never gave up. He continued to be strong, even though lungs disease wasn't making it easy for him. It is our hope that he is going to heaven to prepare a place for us. It is our faith that we will meet again. We can have comfort in knowing we will be with him again one day. I'm sure that our dear Lord has something more important for him to do. The family of Domitien Ntirandekura wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to all far and near.
