Blake Andrew Sharp, 45, passed away unexpectedly on September 6, 2025. Blake was born on February 24, 1980, in Murray, Utah. From a young age, he was a fearless spirit — always living life on the edge and keeping everyone around him on their toes. Wherever there was mischief, that’s where you’d find him — countless broken bones and all.
Blake was a talented man. Any hobby or profession he set his mind to, he would master. Just a few of his many talents included playing the guitar, creating art, fixing anything with a motor, building just about everything, and being one hell of a dirt bike rider — especially at the dunes. He could never get enough of anything with good horsepower. His strong work ethic, likely instilled by his older brothers and father, was matched by his unwavering independence.
Growing up with his siblings, Blake was always the one who made things fun — sometimes even convincing his brothers to fight for him at parties or singing karaoke while his sister danced in the background. He had a way with words and could persuade anyone into anything. He was the life of every gathering, and if you were in a room with him, you were most likely laughing until you couldn’t breathe. He had a sharp sense of humor, unforgettable dimples, and beautiful eyes that everyone remembered.
Though outspoken and bold, Blake was also deeply caring and loving — he got that from his mother. He adored kids and never missed a chance to love on his nieces, nephews, and children. He had his own way of showing it, but he loved his family — especially his siblings and mother — and would’ve taken a bullet for them without hesitation.
It warms our hearts to know we now have an amazing angel watching over us — protecting and guiding us through this life. Knowing Blake, with his fierce personality, we’re sure he’ll make his presence known and fight to give us all the strength we need to carry on.
Blake is survived by his children, Ashley and Seth Sharp; his parents, Kenneth and Alicia Sharp; his siblings, Cliff Sharp, Kenny Sharp (Lisa), and Tiffany Boyer (Kyle); his nieces and nephews; Austin and Jasmyn Sharp, Brecke, Jack and Hadlee Boyer and many beloved friends.
Deep down, he was a great son, brother, uncle, father, and friend — in all the ways that he could be — and he will be deeply missed.
“Give them the ride of their life up above, brother.”
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 22nd, from 3:00–5:00 PM at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84092.
All who wish to join are welcome.
