Mary Louise Watson Jackson, age 97 years and 8 months, passed from this life on March 9, 2016 at home in West Jordan, Utah. Mary was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 9, 1918 to Henry Gould and Clara Harriet Tewksbury Watson. She married William Graham Jackson on February 23, 1940 at her home in Glencoe, Illinois.
Mary was recently asked what she wanted to be her legacy. She replied, "my family is my legacy and my treasure". Our "Nana" was loved by all her family and will be missed and remembered for the way she lived her life. She was an example to everyone she met. Our sorrow is softened by the knowledge she is now surrounded by loved ones and they are reunited again.

Survived by her daughter Ellen (Steve) Jensen, grandsons Nils "Erik" (Debra) Anderson, Michael William Anderson, Ryan Steven Jensen, Aaron (Jennifer) Jensen, Scott (Tori) Jensen, granddaughters Susan (Todd) Dedow, Ali Bryant (Kleigh Humphrey), Anna-Lisa (Chris) Martinez, Jennifer Ann Anderson (Bryan Smith), Cheri (Wilber) Cerna and 18 great grandchildren. Also close to Mary's heart are nieces Peggy Child (Dave) Smith, Libby Child (Bob Laskowski), Ginger (Paul) Minoletti, Rosemary (Dick) Crawford, Patty Young, nephews Jackson (Vicki) McNutt, Gary Bill (Lenore) Patton, Bob (Marilyn) vanMaarth, Mike (Kathy) vanMaarth and Craig (Peggy) Ashworth. Preceded in death by parents, husband, son Henry Robert Stuart Jackson, granddaughter Barbara Ann Anderson and sister Ellen Watson Child.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the Jordan Oaks Stake Center, 8117 South Leslie Drive, West Jordan, Utah.
