Our beloved husband, father, grandfather and dear friend, Blaine Ludwig, passed away unexpectedly on Friday July 1, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The son of Richard Karl Ludwig and Deanna Solt Taylor, Blaine was born on September 7, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Blaine loved the outdoors including camping, fishing, hunting, boating anything that took place outdoors Blaine could be found enjoying his time. He also had a love for spending time with family and friends including his children and grandchildren no matter the activity. Blaine spent his last week with his family at one of his favorite camping locations Flaming Gorge.
Blaine is survived by his wife Pam, children Josh (Felissia), Andrea (Eric), Jeremy, Robert (Lydia), Erin, Brittney (T.J.), 11 grandchildren, his mother Deanna Taylor, brother Wayne, sisters Jean, Shirley, Janet, Elaine and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Richard Ludwig.
Friends and family are invited to a funeral service to honor Blaine's life on Friday July 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple. A viewing will be held on Thursday night from 6:00 ‚ 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
