Betty J. Murrell was reunited with the love of her life on July 15, 2017, at the age of 89. She was born February 28, 1928 in Fowler, Kansas. Mom was the last surviving child of nine siblings born to Walter and Olga Foster. She married Ronald E. Murrell June 17, 1948. She retired after 25 years from J.C. Penney's in 1987. Mom and Dad spent many years traveling the country in their RV, and finally found a place in Lillian, Alabama to spend the winters. She is survived by her son, Rodney Murrell and her daughter, Brenda Fairless.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10 am at the Taylorsville Cemetery, 4535 S. Redwood Rd, Taylorsville Utah. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to CNS Hospice.
