Our beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, Chung Wai Mak passed away peacefully on September 11, 2020 at age 85 in Salt Lake City. He was born on November 08, 1934 in Canton, China and was married to Wai Yin Mak in 1961. He enjoyed listening to Chinese Operas, reading up on the news, watching basketball, and spending time with his loving family.
He is survived by his son Kin Mak, and daughters, Shao Ying Mai, Shao Mei Mai, Sherin Mai and Sue Mak, 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his wife Wai Yin Mak. A viewing will be held Friday, September 18th, 2020 at 10:00 and funeral services will be at 11:00AM at Larkin Mortuary Downtown located at 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Graveside services will be held immediately after at Salt Lake City Cemetery. Masks and social distancing are required for all services.
