We lost the greatest mother, grandma, nana, sister and most of all a friend. Donna was born in Glendive, MT and raised in Helena. She has been in the Salt Lake Valley for over 30 years. She was a supporter and a fighter for all. She always had a shoulder to lean on and advice you may not have always wanted to hear. She loved her family and those that knew her would always become part of the family.
She is survived by her son Jim Hoffman (Sherry), grandkids Andrea Foster (Kara), Desirae Craig (Perry), and Travis Hoffman, great grandkids Nevaeh and Kyson Craig, and her siblings Virginia, PJ and David.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents Benjamin and Doris Holzworth and her two brothers.
There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday, November 26 from 3-5 pm at Granger F.O.E. (4565 W 3500 S WVC, UT 84120). The first hour will consist of shared memories. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Huntsman Cancer Institute.
