Connie Rae Spencer Eastburn, age 75, sadly passed away on March 5, 2025 surrounded by loved ones at her home in St. George, Utah. Connie was born to Richard Frank Spencer and Ora Sherwood Spencer on August 26, 1949 in Ioka, Utah. She graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1967 and attended Brigham Young University. Connie and her husband, William Edward Eastburn, married on November 9, 1978, they were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on June, 6, 1982.

She was beloved by many for her sophistication, intelligence, and humor. Connie was immaculately dressed at all times, even just to do yard work or run to the grocery store. She was an exceptional grandmother to fourteen grandchildren and loved spending time with her family at their cabin in Panguitch Lake.

Connie was an amazing homemaker and adored the holidays, especially Christmas. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Connie is survived by her husband, William Edward Eastburn, and her two daughters, Jennifer (Chet) Sanders and Jennifer (Jeff) Pashley, as well as fourteen grandchildren. She was lovingly cared for by her oncologist, Dr. Benjamin Voorhies, and his team at the Intermountain Cancer Center. Connie was preceded by her parents and her brother, Glenn Spencer, along with her son, Alex Eastburn, and survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Tom Humeniuk.

A viewing will be held on March 10, 2025 at 10 am at Larkin Mortuary in Sandy, Utah followed by a grave side at 11 am.
