West Valley City ‚ Paul Owen Kelsey, a 61 year old resident of West Valley City - formerly of Declo, Idaho, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018, in Murray, Utah
Paul was born to Robert and Dolores Kelsey on November 11, 1956. Paul loved hunting, the desert, playing and listening to guitar music, and everything about his hometown of Declo, Idaho. Paul attended Boise State University and later he graduated with a master's degree from the University of Utah. He worked 26 years for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Utah in Sandy.
Paul handled life's problems without complaining and was an example of strength to all who knew him.
Paul is survived by his son Wes Kelsey; wife, Karen Kelsey; sister, Debra Hammond; brothers, Eddy, Bret, Lynn, Ron and Bart Kelsey; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loves dearly.
The Funeral will be held at12 noon, Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints ‚ Declo Stake Center,207 East Main Street, Declo, Idaho
Friends may call from6 until 8 p.m.Thursday, June 21, at Larkin Mortuary,260 East South Temple Street, Salt Lake City Utah, and from11 until 11:45 a.mSaturdaypreceding the service at the church in Declo.
