Born November 12, 1936 to Reah Farnsworth Mower and Roy Mower. Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and best friend left this mortal life on April 22, 2015 to reunite with his father, mother, brother and many friends.
Lewis married the love of his life, Janet Stewart, on August 15, 1956 and together they had three children; Jeff (Shelley), Holly (Mike), and Chris, 12 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. Lewis spent the majority of his life helping others. He could fix anything. He loved the outdoors, fishing and camping. He was a successful businessman working and traveling for 30 years with IBM. Lewis was loved and adored by all.
Our family wishes to thank from the bottom of our hearts all of the selfless hours that were spent by the many people helping to take care of our loved one. A special thanks to Jeremy, Josh, and Rita. Your love, guidance and support meant the world to our family. "Happy Fishing Dad."
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S.) in Sandy. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
