Atha JoAnn Holt Royce passed away peacefully at her home in Sandy, Utah surrounded by her family on a hot July 15, 2016. She was born on a snowy day in Murray, Utah on April 5, 1936.
JoAnn loved her family and checked on them almost daily. Her happiest times were holidays, family parties, watching her beloved Jazz play (while shouting instructions to Coach Sloan) and winning at a slot machine in Wendover.
She is survived by her children, Cathy (Ron) Jensen, Shirla Kim Leyba, Bonnie (Duncan) Seale and Boyd (Lori) Enniss, sister Donna (Harry) Scotland, brother Leslie Holt and many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Our family would like to thank her wonderful and loving caregivers Chantelle and Amy from Summit Hospice. You made JoAnn's last days as comfortable and peaceful as possible.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy. A visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am prior to the services. Online condolences welcomed at www.larkincares.com.
