Charlene Gregerson Feldhaus

1933 ~ 2019

Charlene \"Cherrie\" Gregerson Feldhaus passed peacefully on October 25, 2019 and is home again with the Lord, reunited with beloved family and friends who have gone before.

Cherrie was born February 26, 1933 in Kaysville, Utah to Leland and Beatrice (Tillotson) Jost.From an early age she went by the name \"Cherrie\" as her family owned the largest sweet cherry orchard in Utah at the time.

Cherrie was a long-time resident of Westerville, Ohio.

Cherrie was blessed to have two families that she loved and cherished during her life\s journey.Her first family was with husband Welch Gregerson and sons Brent Gregerson and Dave Gregerson.A few years after Welch passed, she married Thomas Feldhaus and added to family Jim (Debbie), Nancy (Byron), Laurie (Gerry), Debbie (Tim), and Peggy (Scott).As time passed, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren added to the family, all having a special place in Cherrie\s heart.

One of Cherrie\s passions was gardening.She was a past member of the Forest Park Garden Club in Columbus, Ohio and a long-time volunteer at the Inniswood Metro Gardens in Westerville Ohio.A delightful hostess, Cherrie also relished entertaining family and friends.

Cherrie was preceded by her father and mother, brother Dale (Margaret) Jost, sisters Lavon (Doc) Barclay and Marjorie (Jim) Coroles, husbands Welch F. Gregerson and Thomas B. Feldhaus, son Stephen Jost Gregerson, and step-son Jim (Debbie) Feldhaus.

Cherrie is survived by sister Eleanor (Art) Isakson, sons Brent Gregerson and Dave (Amy) Gregerson, step-daughters Nancy (Byron) Phillips, Debbie Feldhaus, Laurie (Gerry) Tuttle, Debbie (Tim) Laws, and Peggy (Scott) Bottorf, numerous nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends.

Final arrangements will be handled by Larkin Mortuary in Salt Lake City, Utah.Burial will be Monday November 4, 2019 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Salt Lake City.In lieu of flowers, donations to commemorate Cherrie can be made to the Inniswood Garden Society, 940 S. Hempstead Rd., Westerville, OH 43081.
