Deborah Denee Olsen Born: July 16, 1962 Passed: March 15, 2025

Deborah Denee Olsen was reunited on March 15, 2025, with the love of her life, Troy Olsen, and her cherished daughter, Bobbi Jo Olsen.

Debbie was born in California and spent her early years in Texas before moving to Utah at the age of 12. She called Salt Lake City her home for the rest of her life.

A nurturing spirit came naturally to Debbie, and she was beloved for her warm and caring heart. Her proudest accomplishments were her three children, whom she always placed first, ensuring they felt loved and cared for. Debbie also shared countless adventures with her husband, Troy, while raising their family.

Debbie’s creative talents were evident in her love for the floral industry, poetry, and painting. She worked alongside Troy for many years and later opened her own floral shop with her parents. Though the shop was short-lived, it remained a cherished memory for Debbie. Her creativity extended to her passion for poetry, which she loved reading and writing from a young age, and she had recently begun to enjoy painting.

Debbie and Troy shared 42 wonderful years of marriage before his passing in 2022. Their bond was truly extraordinary—a love and partnership that inspired everyone who knew them. It brings peace to know they are together once more.

Debbie is survived by her eldest daughter, Jami Cade (Chris); her son, Riley Olsen; her grandchildren, Jaydon Rossman (Tayler), Brycelyn Beutler (Kyle), Cambree Newton, and Hadley Olsen; her great-grandsons, Rhen and Hudson; her brother, Clay Williams (Trina); her sister, Paula Williams; her cousin, Elizabeth Mahurin; and many extended family members and friends whom she dearly loved.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Troy Fabian Olsen; her youngest daughter, Bobbi Jo Olsen; and her parents, George and Pamela Williams.

A graveside service and celebration of Debbie’s life will be held in the spring or early summer. Details will be shared at a later date.

"Mom, you left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide. Although we cannot see you, you're always at our side." — Jami and Riley
