Obituary Photo for Eldon James Young, Blessed and Thankful, Back with my Sugar Brown Eyes < >

Eldon James Young was born on October 6, 1940, and passed away on December 6, 2020.

Eldon was the oldest of 4 siblings. He grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, and graduated from Granite High School.

He was an amazing brick mason and took pride in his craft. Eldon retired from Kennecott Copper Mine after working 20 years as a truck driver. He was a hard worker and always was respectful to all he knew. He taught his children to work hard and always do their best.

He is back together with the love of his life, Sugar Brown Eyes.

Eldon is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandkids, brother, and sister.

Eldon did not want a funeral service so as a testament to him, we would like everyone to share their memories of him.

Thanks,
The Young Family

Guestbook/Condolences

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I never heard until today. He was such a nice and hard working guy.
He did the brickwork on our house and fireplace in Riverton Ut. (Angus) All he wanted was to have coffee, beer and I made lunch. The work was done beautifully.
May he rest in peace with Sue.

So sorry for the lost of a great man. I will cherish the time working and the friendship we had over the years. Sugar will always take care if him.
