Elizabeth Anne Reynolds passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on December 12, 2022. Elizabeth was born on July 11, 2013, to parents Adrian and Emilee, who adored her. Despite a life filled with challenges, Elizabeth never complained but calmly battled against the odds and gave her family the precious gift of time, though that time will never be enough.

Elizabeth loved to be held snugly, loved to have her hair stroked, and loved bright, twinkly lights. She will be incredibly missed by her parents, big brother Eli, little sister Olivia and best friend, Jackson, who gave her as many kisses as doggily possible.

The family is hosting a viewing at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd in Sandy on December 19th between 6:00 – 8:00 PM. The services will be held at the LDS church building at 2195 E. Pepperwood Dr. (10900 South), in Sandy on December 20th at 11:00 AM, with a short viewing beginning at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Make-a-Wish foundation or Give Kids the World charity.

Elizabeth made us very happy, so we ask that you wear happy colors if you attend the funeral service.

Elizabeth had the sweetest aura about her. I am happy that she no longer has to deal with so many difficulties and is now whole. Wishing her loving family comfort and assurance in the day they will see her again.

Elizabeth will be remembered for being a special student in our 300 hallway at Houston! When she was able, Elizabeth would join our snowball tossing, parachutte play and other activities in the hallway. My class enjoyed watching Elizabeth and her friends present their Christmas program each year. We made many treasured memories with Elizabeth! My prayers are offered for Elizabeth and her family.

- Ms. Cindy from Houston Elementary

Praying for your comfort at this time.

Sweet Elizabeth! I loved seeing her each Primary. She tried so hard to see all that was going on. I’m so sorry your time together was short.
But I’m so very happy that she is free now from her difficulties and returned to her heavenly home.
Bless you Emily for your loving mothering and always smiling face.
I have been blessed to know you &your family.

We remember the day she was born with those striking, gorgeous, bright blue eyes. We love you and are praying for your family during this difficult time.

Hoping you can find and feel peace through the sadness. Kids with challenges seem to have an increased ability to show and share love. I imagine its one reason her loss so difficult. The good thing is you will still be able to feel her love and strength from time-to-time. You'll recognize it and bathe in its warmth like sunlight from above. God bless your family as you grieve.

The only time I got to meet Elizabeth was 2 years ago for Christmas at Adrian and Emilee's home. From the moment I saw her, I knew that she was very special. It is a rare thing to meeting someone and just feel peace and harmony. I have been able to see Elizabeth grow up as the years have gone by from pictures that have been posted of her. Especially enjoying time with her family. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family. She is waiting for you. Love to you all - Melanie

I am so sorry to hear about Elizabeth's passing. I was Eli's teacher at Meridian Elementary. One of my favorite memories is when we were doing WebEx meetings and Elizabeth would pop up behind Eli. She always laughed and smiled! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Adrian and Emily,

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the service today to honor the life of your beautiful daughter. Meryll and I were inspired by your love and faith as we watched and listened.

Our hearts go out to you as you pass through the hardest thing any parent can experience, and we pray that the only possible comfort—God’s comfort—will envelope you, strengthen you, and leave you with sweet feelings of gratitude and with hope for a bright eternity, together with your precious daughter.

It has been a long time but our tears were mingled with yours today—we love you. God bless you.

Doug and Meryll
