At a young age she developed her love for dancing that continued throughout her entire life. She attended elementary and high school in Enterprise, UT where she stayed active by joining the volleyball team, cheerleading squad, and the Wolverine dance team. Her enthusiastic and positive energy attracted those around her. Marie had many friends who admired her generosity and love for people. She then moved to the Orange Street Correctional Facility in SLC, UT. The POST training provided an opportunity for her to exercise her talents to help others, especially those less fortunate. She also worked as an assistant security director at Primary Children’ s Hospital.

Marie met Michael Reid Brown in 1999 and they were married October 28, 2000 in SLC, UT. They were blessed with three wonderful boys who were her world. She was their biggest cheerleader for various sporting events, piano lessons, and family camping trips. Life isn't fair the way time never stops. It's been years since I have seen Marie. I remember her as a happy child. Then life happened and we all grew up. My condolences to the family. May God bless and comfort you all.

So much of my early years have memories with Marie. We were in all classes together, did 4-H together, drove to school together, played at each other’s homes and made lots of cookies together. I celebrate your graduation from this life to one free of pain. I am blessed to call you friend and have been so blessed by the light you shared with everyone! Much love until we are together with you again.

We are so sorry for your loss. I know the struggle has been long and hard, but that doesn't make it any easier to loose a beautiful child.

I remember how Marie and my sister,Raina were best of friends as little girls. They both loved baby dolls and would play so well together. I also babysat Marie and her brothers and sisters. Such fun kids! Doni kept a nice home. She'd bring Christmas cake to eat after we opened our gifts. Mason is the priesthood holder who baptized me. This is a kind and lovely family. I embrace each of you. Marie was a precious young women.

I am so saddened by this news. I loved Marie from the bottom of my heart. I went through the POST Academy with her in 1999. She helped me pass my run. I worked with her at Orange Street CCC. I was able to meet her family when she took me to her family home down South. What great people. I was at her wedding to Mike, so beautiful.

I think of and talk of you often. You will always be in my thoughts and know that I love you and will see you again in Heaven. Love you to the moon and back.

Love Antoinette
