Eric Trevor Yeo

1986 ~ 2022

Eric Trevor Yeo beloved father, son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend was called to heaven on April 20th, 2022.

Eric was born in Sandy, Utah on August 8th, 1986 to Mark Yeo and Tracy Pettit Stilson. Eric spent most of his childhood living in the Sandy area where he made countless friends and connections.

Before he was even born, Eric was given the nickname George by his dad. After he was born the nickname then became "Pudgy", which he was still adoringly referred to by some family members.

Eric Graduated Brighton high school in 2004.

Eric was the top dog at two of his employers of Prestige and Arivo. Eric was a top account manager and star employee with Arivo. He received key contributor awards and other accolades numerous times. He was always the life of the chats and had a way of making people laugh. His hard work and work ethic was something that was greatly admired and will not be forgotten. His co-workers and managers looked forward to his antics every day.

Eric enjoyed video games, art, and action-packed movies. He loved the Witcher and the movie The Shack. He was always the life of the party, cracking jokes and teasing. His sense of humor was one of many attributes that made him incredibly fun to be around. There wasn’t a dull moment when Eric was around and he was always happy with an infectious smile on his face. Eric also had a way of talking to people. He could talk about anything for hours and was always willing to lend a listening ear and give caring and thoughtful advice. He always made others feel comfortable and confident that he truly listened to everything they had to say.

The one thing that Eric enjoyed the absolute most was being a dad. His greatest blessing in life was his daughter Olivia. They were two peas in a pod and had an unimaginable bond. Eric loved Olivia more than anything and she loved him just as much. He loved being a dad and Olivia changed his life!

Eric’s goofy, fun, loving nature will be missed immensely . We are heartbroken he left this world way too soon. Fly high Eric. We love you!

Eric is survived by his mother, Tracy Pettit Stilson, (Troy), daughter, Olivia Yeo; in-laws, Brett and Noelle Luddington, his siblings, Chris Yeo, Sarah (Heber) Madsen (Kenzie Yeo), Nicole Stilson (Elijah), Aleigh Stilson, step-siblings, Josh (Cari) Stilson, Nesha (Peter) Christian, Amber (Jeremy) Stilson-Glenn; Grandparents, Dale (Judy) Pettit, Sandra and Trevor Yeo; Aunts and uncles, Steven (Tomoko) Yeo, Julie and James Pettit, Robert (Cynthia) Yeo, David Yeo, Amy (Yancy) Turner, Erin (Nate) Blass, Brandon (Ashley) Pettit, Debbie Greer, Tami (Scott) Peterson, Roger Pettit; and many other aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family.
