Scott Alexander Krusell Thomas

Scott Alexander Krusell Thomas, son of Melvin Krusell and Susan Collins, was born on June, 24th 1970 in Rochester, NY. His family moved to Utah in 1980. He is a graduate of Bonneville High School and Weber State University. Scott was married to Natasha Thomas in 1995 although they later divorced they continued to raise their two daughters, Sequoia and Chloe, together.

He was employed by Associated Foods as a baker for Dan\s Foods from 1998 until his health forced him to retire early this year. Scott\s daughters were the center of his life. He nurtured them with compassion and empowered them with the ability to think critically and act responsibly. He had a great love for the arts, especially music. His record collection would be the envy of any audiophile.

He was preceded in death by his father, and his grandfather, Max Wixom. He is survived by his daughters, his mother, his grandparents, Verdeen and Ralph Collins, and grandmother Bobby Wixom, his sister, Tina Krusell Parker (Dan), his nephews, Griffin and Mackenzie, his niece, Zoe, and his brother, Chad Krusell (Stephanie). The family would like to express appreciation for the help of Intermountain Hospice, and his case manager Melissa, as well as the support of life long friends Brenden and Shann Roberts and Victor Maritsas.

The family will meet with friends on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E South Temple, Salt Lake City.
