Belinda Jeanne Parr beloved daughter, sister and friend, age 55 of Salt Lake City, passed away on July 28, 2013 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on September 17, 1957. Belinda worked at the Work Activity Center and Foundation for Independence (FFI) for many years. She enjoyed shopping, fishing, music, watches, and horses. We are grateful to all who gave her loving care in her final days. A special thank you to those who gave dedicated service and patience to Belinda including Karen, Dianne, Danni, Gracie, Maurice, Theresa and all her many aides over the years. They each helped make her life better through their love.
She is survived by her loving parents; Laverle Ann and William I Parr; three beloved sisters; Deborah Eastwood (Dan) of Waukesha WI, Angela Froscheiser (Kary) of Herndon VA, and Sabrina Duhe of Ponchatoula, LA. Further survived by 2 nieces, 3 nephews, and one great-niece.
Belinda was preceded in death by her grandparents; Viva Lena and William Parr; Edith and Beryl C. Weems; and brother-in-law Lionel B. Duhe Jr.
