Doris Phillips, 85, passed away in her home surrounded by her loving family on Nov. 12, 2017. She was born to Vernon Turnbow and Doreen Pearson on Apr. 18, 1932. For 69 years she was the loving bride and wife of Wendell Phillips.
Doris is survived by her husband and six children, Larry (Becky) Phillips, Kathy Maxfield, Kevin (Jill) Phillips, Char (Wendy Potter) Phillips, Julie (Terry) Ford, Cindy (John) Herbst, 24 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and sister Deanna (David) Todd. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ray Turnbow and son-in-law Brad Maxfield.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 17 at 2:00 PM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S.), Sandy, UT with a viewing one hour prior to the service.
