Drew Willis Stoddard

1950 ~ 2017

Drew Willis Stoddard was born on October 1, 1950 in Gridley California to Harold Joseph Stoddard and Donna Jensen. He passed away on March 22, 2017 of natural causes at his home in Draper, Utah. His full life abruptly came to an end as he passed from this life to the next.

There can be no doubt that he is enjoying a very happy reunion with his Mother and Father where we can all expect the weekly conversations between his mother and himself that were regular before she passed away a few years ago, will now continue with the same zeal but with a very expanded understanding of things.

Drew excelled at anything he undertook and never tried anything new without his full passion. Whether it was racquetball, hunting, skiing, hiking, photography, editing magazines or computers, golfing and a love of animals, it was difficult to match his ability and comprehension.

Drew had many associations in life and left an impact on any and all people he came in contact with. Everyone had a story about experiences they have enjoyed with him and many would marvel at how well he would learn new things with determination and ease.

He was very protective of his private life and often would enjoy his time together. In keeping with that, memorial services were kept to a family affair where many family members of many generations remembered the impact that Drew had on their lives.

Survived by: brothers Richard Stoddard, Ronald Stoddard, John Stoddard and sister Ann Mcfadden. And of course his kids in this life Max and Royal, his horses.

There will be a graveside ceremony at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery on 1950 East 10600 South Sandy, Utah with a gathering at 9 am at the Mortuary and move to the graveside at 10 am. All are invited to join with family members to help dedicate the final resting place of his body on this earth.
