Jesse passed away in his sleep in the early morning of September 27, 2016. He was born July 18, 1990 in Salt Lake City Utah to Reuel and Becky Ipson the second of four sons.
Jesse will always be remembered for his quirky sense of humor, his passion for learning, his love of the scriptures, his sharp mind and his unconditional acceptance of all he knew. His physical disabilities never stood in the way of what he wanted to do. He was currently attending UVU and working at Hillside Junior High. Jesse enjoyed playing magic cards with his buddies, Halo, Xbox 360, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, Batman and X-Men. Jesse was a great example and inspiration to all. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents Reuel and Becky, his brothers Zachary, Mathew and Seth, grandmothers Eileen Ipson and Verleen Jones. He is preceded in death by grandfathers Grant Ipson and Dale Jones.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rose Park North Stake Center South Chapel, 1155 North 1200 West in Salt Lake City. There will be a viewing Monday, October 3 from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple and on Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment will be at the Salt Lake City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Jesse's name to the LDS Church Missionary Fund or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
