Carol Jean Bouck, age 81, was born on March 29, 1934 in Murray, UT to Rulan John Berrett and Opal Amelia Stone Berrett. Carol loved Picnics and cowboys. She was a huge Alan Jackson fan and even had his posters on the wall in her bedroom. She loved Holidays and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her favorite drink was Pepsi and her first choice for food was KFC and chocolate chip cookies and going out for Chinese food.

Survivors include her daughters Laurie (Billy) Jorgenson and Carol Lynne (William) Toops; sons, William Dwaine Bouck and Ronald (Charisse) Bouck; sister, Shirley (Dean) Lawrence, Jan Calister and Betty Berrett; ten grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father Rulan, mother Opal, brother Ellis and oldest son Rulan Barry.
In her honor the family will be picnicking at Murray Park, 296 East Murray Park Ave., Murray Utah 84107, on Sunday June 21, 2015 from 1:00 ‚ 7:00pm. Please feel free to stop by potluck barbeque, bring your chairs, blanket and good times.
