Listen to Obituary

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God's will that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, friend, and colleague, Frank Okhiku, who departed this life on May 19, 2025.

Frank was an engineer with specialty in petroleum engineering. A kind-hearted, hardworking, and dedicated man whose presence brought warmth and joy to everyone around him.

Born with a spirit of service and compassion, he consistently put others before himself and left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to know him. A true professional in his field, Frank approached life with humility, integrity, and a quiet strength that inspired many. His legacy of kindness, resilience, and service will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.

He is survived by his loved ones, 2 daughters, a sister and his mum, dad, family members, friends, and colleagues who deeply mourn his passing but hold dear the beautiful memories and lasting impact he made. As we prepare to lay him to rest, we invite all who knew and loved Frank to join us in honoring his memory and celebrating a life well lived.

May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

I don’t know what to say or write but I still feel this is like a dream not reality. I know FRANK since 2018, where we meet in my first job in Provo which was a construction/remodeling. Infact , FRANK was the one who took me to DMV (2018) in Provo to register (plate number) in my first car. We eat together and drink together every weekend in my rented basement. Myself, TONY,SAMMY and FRANK. His nickname is FRANKOLALA-ISI-MIYAKE.
FRANK and myself share similarity together because leaving our loved ones (kids) back home with the hope of bringing them one day to come live together in this country. Welllll , we are nothing in the hands of the God he alone know best .
