Fred Reina will never be forgotten. I will treasure our memories of him and offer all family my condolences.
Condolences and prayers for the family.
I’m so grateful to have known Fred. We shared a temporary office in a trailer while supporting SkyWest and I have great memories of the time spent with him. Even when things were hard Fred always found ways to make me laugh and look at the positive side of things. I really enjoyed playing golf with Fred and spent more time laughing than golfing. He was very thankful and proud of his family.
Fred will always leave a lasting memory of happiness and what is important in life.
Our Deepest sympathy

I am so blessed to have been borne into such a beautiful loving family. The Cortes.
I cannot express the admiration that I had for Fred, both as a person and as a professional. Fred was a great mentor, trusted colleague and wonderful friend. I have always considered Fred a beacon among chaos, watching and learning from his behavior and advice. I cherish all the moments and conversations we had over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with the Reina family, Fred will always be remembered.
My deepest condolences to the family and all friends. Fred will always be remembered as a role model for many of his co-workers. His attitude towards the customer was something unique and life changing. Great person to talk with, there was never a situation we had sit to talk and I've not learnt something new.

My condolences to Mrs. Reina and family. I haven't talked to Fred since I left Skywest twenty-three years ago. I have nothing but good memories working with Fred and spending time with him. He was meticulous and the consummate professional. He represented Embraer, himself and his family with the highest honor. I learned much about being just a really good man from Fred.
I wish you the comfort of our Father in Heaven and his Holy Spirit to ease your grief at this time.
Love,
Jeff
my cousin Freddy, it was great growing up with you as kids, I'll never forget our times together through the years, I especially remember our debate, about trailering your bike to Sturgis, man, you got serious, telling me about, heat, rain, cold you rode through & earned your right to trailer your bike, then when I told you, I've never been to Sturgis, you just looked at me, then broke into a big smile, you didn't know what to think of me after that,I wish we could have rode bikes together sometime, visiting with you when you came to Roy & Diane's house ,sitting across the table just talking, explaining our lives & the directions our lives went,, I was proud of what you accomplished, forever in my heat Cuz,
Dear Friends from Bill Hinson (08-11-2021),
I learned yesterday of the passing Sunday of a long-time dear friend and colleague due to COVID-19. Fair winds and following seas, may he rest in peace. There are no good answers, but it is a grave reminder that we live in a fallen world. More than one family is grieving today. Many are experiencing confusion as well. Providing comfort and the "right words" are difficult.
It is why we have been left with this promise:
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Max Lucado:
“When Peter and a few other disciples found themselves in the middle of the Sea of Galilee one stormy night, they knew they were in trouble. “But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary” (Matthew 14:24). The disciples fought the storm for nine cold, skin-drenching hours, and about 4:00 a.m. they spotted someone coming on the water. They didn’t expect Jesus to come to them this way. Neither do we. We expect Him to come in the form of peaceful hymns or Easter Sundays or quiet retreats. We never expect to see Him in a bear market, pink slip, or war. We never expect to see Him in a storm. But it is in storms that He does his finest work, for it is in storms that He has our keenest attention.”
I pray that we pray for each other and for the many families touched by the ravages of COVID that He will have our keenest attention in these perilous times. And that we will rest in the knowledge that He will comfort us in "the valley of the shadow of death…”
O God of grace and glory, we remember before you this day our brother Fred. We thank you for giving him to us, his family and friends, to know and to love as a companion on our earthly pilgrimage. In your boundless compassion, console us who mourn. Give us faith to see in death the gate
of eternal life, so that in quiet confidence we may continue our course on earth, until, by your call, we are reunited with those who have gone before; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
The Book of Common Prayer
I just want to say how sorry I am to Fred’s family for your loss. I consider myself very lucky to have known Fred as a friend and mentor in aviation. He was an absolute great person-the best and I will miss him.
Rest In Peace “Old Man”
To Fred Reina’s family, please accept my condolences. Fred was a great colleague and friend who I had the opportunity to work with for a short period of time in Brazil. Excellent professional and a person full of charisma, making friends everywhere. My passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles was certainly influenced by him, “the guy with three Harleys”. May God give him eternal rest and comfort for his family.
