Jack Quentin Reynolds Jr.

1945 ~ 2018

Jack was a baker, fisherman, avid reader, father, grandfather and friend. Humor was always a part of his persona. He could always find a book or movie quote to fit the situation perfectly. Those of us close to him inherited an appreciation and love of books, as well as a draw to the outdoors to soak up the sun. Whether it be fishing or just sitting outside enjoying a good book.

Family was the most important thing to him. He took care of both of his parents and brother, and his children were able to take care of him in the end.

We all hope others will take our loss as an awakening and urge the men in your lives to please get tested regularly for prostate cancer.

Jack Quentin Reynolds Jr was born June 24, 1945 in Abilene, Texas to Jack Quentin Reynolds Sr and Jessie Bernice (Simpson) Reynolds. He leaves behind his brother, Richard Reynolds, sister, Sandra (Reynolds) Bartosh (Jim), sons, Robert Reynolds, Tommy Reynolds (Brenda) and Nick Reynolds (Liz). Daughters Angie (Reynolds) Kasprzak (Rick) and Emily (Reynolds) Smith (Kris). Grandchildren, Freza Reynolds, Quentin, Landen and Lilly Reynolds, Maylee and Asia Reynolds and Isabelle Smith, and step grandchildren Christopher and Ana Jansen. He also leaves behind many friends and family who have been there to support him. A special thanks to Lynn and Buck. Your visits meant the world to Dad.

The immediate family will have a celebration of life this summer at a memorable fishing locale. No formal service will be held.

In lieu of flowers spend time with family.
