Gary Lynn Rasmussen passed away on June 26, 2023 in Taylorsville, UT. He was born on May 27, 1951 to William Neil and Opal Delone Parkinson Rasmussen in Salt Lake City, UT.
Gary loved the outdoors. Some of his favorite outdoor activities included riding our ATV’s, duck hunting, skeet shooting, kayaking, fishing and bowfishing. He also liked guns and enjoyed reloading bullets. Often, Gary could be found at home working in the yard.
Survived by his life partner Rhonda, sister Donna, and his nieces Sheri, Heidi, Holly, and Juli. He is preceded in death by his wife Vickie, parents, and brothers Bill and Robert.
Private family services will be held.
I love Gary very much. I shared almost 9 years with him and I miss him terribly. We will be together one day.
