It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Gregory Boyd Walker on June 14, 2026. Born to Boyd E. Walker and Peggy J. Walker (Button) on September 29, 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Growing up Greg loved sports especially motocross racing and skiing. Later in life he fell in love with windsurfing. Greg attended the University of Utah earning a bachelors degree in English. After college Greg found satisfaction in his career as a technical writer. He loved animals of all sorts and the Rolling Stones.
Greg is survived by his sister, Leslee Walker; niece, Asya Rose; and great-niece, Serafina Rose. Greg is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
We would like to thank Meadowbrook Rehab and Nursing for their years of tender care.
I’ve known the Walker family for 50 plus years. Such a wonderful family that always made sure they took care of each other . After years it was just Leslee and Greg , Leslee made sure he had everything he needed and visited him very often . Rest in peace Greg . You will be missed❤️
