On the afternoon of Monday, April 4, 2016 Donna Brady Glenn, 89, passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah.
Born December 23, 1926 at home in Union, Utah to Clarence James and Lillian Atkinson Brady, she was the youngest of her parent's three surviving children. When she was just a girl Donna met Edwin O. "Ted" Glenn and fell in love. The two were married March 24, 1947 in Crescent, Utah at the old Avalon Ballroom and were able to spend 45 happy years together before Ted's passing in May of 1992. Together they had three beautiful children.
She is survived by her daughters Jerri L. Oborn (Herb) and Gayle B. Wright (Don), her son Edwin "Buck" Glenn (Bonnie), 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister VaLoy Williams, her brothers Dean and Gene Brady, her grandson Neal Wright and countless relatives and close friends.
We will come together to honor Donna Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Larkin Sunset Mortuary 1950 East Dimple Dell Road in Sandy with a viewing from 10-11:45 a.m. followed by a brief graveside service and a memorial beginning at 12:30 p.m. at LeJardin located West of the mortuary.
