Guyla Mae Littlefield

1936 ~ 2023

On February 28, 2023, Guyla made her last rounds looking after all those that were in need of love and care. She has left this earthly place to be with her husband and loved ones that have gone before her.

On August 25, 1956, Guyla married the love of her life William Dean Littlefield. She knew from their very first date that he was the one she should marry.

She was a wonderful loving mother to her children, grandchildren and compassionate to all that she met.

She was a true friend and dedicated her life to her family, friends and as a nurse to all those in need of care. Her career as a Nurse spanned over 35 years and became a Director of Nursing before retiring.

She put up a heroic battle with an illness that finally took her from us. It is said that God takes the best when they have justly given their all to those they loved. She had truly been a generous individual and giving to others all her life and has finally reached her journey with our Lord and Savior.

She is survived by her brother Gary Stewart, children Wade (Linda), Patti (Greg) and Mark (Bee), grandchildren, Brandon, Joshua (Indira), Lyndsey (Mike), Cali (Garrett), Jamie, Corbin (Devan), Hunter (Molly). Her great-grandchildren, Parker, Sabrina, Adelayde, Lucas and Levi. She is preceded in death by her parents Guy Stewart and Louise Witt, husband Dean Littlefield, brother Wade Stewart, sister-in-law Wilma Stewart, sister-in-law Renone Hudson, grandchildren Sabrina Littlefield and Madio Littlefield.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy, Utah. A gathering will be held from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. prior to the services.

Our Mom was dearly loved and will be deeply missed, may God rest her soul.

Guestbook/Condolences

I was so sorry to read of Guyla's passing. She was such a great help to us when our oldest son was born in 1966, with a birth defect, and he spent time in the Primary Children's hospital. She was his nurse and she gave us so much sound advice that helped up through a really hard time.
Condolences to her family. She was an true Angel.
