The children of Beth Stone Rasmussen joyously announce our Mother's graduation from mortal life. After 93 years of hard work, dedication, service, and love, she finally passed the endurance test and has again joined her sweetheart Ray for all Eternity.
Beth resided in Bountiful for the majority of her lifetime. She will be remembered as an accomplished pianist and organist, and was the first piano teacher to hundreds of Davis County area children. She loved being a secretary to several General Authorities for the LDS Church.
She will be missed by her children and their spouses: Dan and Elaine Rasmussen, Yvonne and Dick Miller, Mary and Richard Grover; 13 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. She looked forward with great anticipation to a spiritual reunion with her husband Raymond D Rasmussen, her son Ray Kim Rasmussen, her parents, four brothers, and many other loved ones who have preceded her.
Per our Mother's request, there will be no funeral. A brief memorial gathering for family and friends will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2015, at Larkin Sunset Gardens of the Valley, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (1950 East), Sandy, Utah.
