Lu Dean Rogers Williams was born October 13, 1926, in Logan Utah. She returned to her Heavenly Father on July 25, 2017. Lu Dean was born to Alvira Norr Rogers and Meredith J. Rogers.
She attended South High School in Salt Lake City. Lu Dean married Frank J. Williams in 1942. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City Temple.
She raised her four daughters (they were her pride and joy). She had a flirtatious charm about her. She made people smile and laugh. She was always ready to have parties and get-togethers with her family and friends.
Lu Dean had a career making draperies at home. She was also an excellent seamstress and a great cook. Later in life, she worked at ZCMI in Salt Lake City.
Lu Dean is survived by her daughters Jan Savage, Robin Williams (Les Du Bois), Marilee Romero (Rory), and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Frank J. Williams and her daughter Carol Brown.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, July 31st, 2017 at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah at 11:00 am. Family and friends may gather at 9:00am for visitation on Monday prior to services at the same location. Interment will be at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Avenue and ‘N' Street, Salt Lake City, Utah.
