Georgia Rena Lyon, age 85, passed away April 9, 2016.
We lost our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and best friend. Georgia passed with her three children and grandson Matt by her side after a lengthy illness. Grandson Matt Brix spent the last year caring for her so she could enjoy the mountain view from her chair in her home of 23 years. She looked forward every year to visits from her granddaughter and great granddaughter from Montana and her granddaughter from California.
She is survived by her sons; Mike Blackner of Kingman, AZ, and Pat Blackner of Bountiful, daughter; Teri Brix of Havre, MT, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren and niece Mitzi Hencley of Salt Lake City.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Lyon, her parents, grandson Jason Brix, son in law Bob Brix and four brothers.
Georgia will be missed by all who knew her, from her sense of humor and loving ways. We will miss you forever.
