Dorothy Ruth Dahms, 94, passed away on October 14 in Salt Lake City. She was born on August 11, 1922 to William Diebold and Harriet Nelson in Chicago, Illinois. She married Reverend Julius E. Dahms at the Bethel Lutheran Church in Chicago on April 15, 1951.
Dorothy attended and enjoyed many activities through her church as she served in various positions. She enjoyed living in different parts of the country including Arkansas, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana and Utah.
Dorothy is survived by her 3 daughters Julia (Mike) Henkes, Elizabeth, and Carol (Gary) Cohs. She is also survived by 2 grand-daughters, Jennifer (Zachery) Jensen and Abigail Cohs and 1 great grand-daughter Zoe Jensen. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a daughter, Ruth Wagoner.
