Our beloved Brother, Uncle, and Friend Duain "Dewey" Harris passed away on August 30, 2013 of natural causes. This kind, gentle, giant of a man will be missed by all who knew him. We are deeply saddened by his passing, and have heavy hearts.
Duain was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 17, 1933, to Steve Harris and Fern Reynolds. He Graduated from South High School, and soon after joined the U.S. Air Force. He was proud of his service. Duain was employed at Steve Harris Imports until his retirement.
He was a faithful, loving son who spent many, many years taking care of his widowed mother, and a lifetime helping others, family and friends alike. We express our deepest gratitude for his love and devotion to everyone around him.
Dewey loved the out-of-doors, especially fishing and playing golf at many different locations. His numerous friends and family will miss him greatly.
Survived by siblings, Claudia (Kenneth) Van Leeuwen, Carol (Ray) Trottier, Steve (Suzanne) Harris and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, and older brother Harry S. Harris
