Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother returned to her Heavenly Father on September 18, 2015 at the age of 89. She was born January 27, 1926 in Salt Lake City to Frank and Edith Taylor. Retired from Utah State Retirement Office. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining for her family. Lorraine and her late husband loved serving the Lord as guides at Welfare Square for six and a half years. The family would like to thank the staff at Care Source for their excellent loving care during her last days.
She is survived by her sons Craig W (Lynne), and Gary F (Rhonda), 14 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 12 Noon at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 200 N St., with a visitation prior at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 E. 1300 S. from 10:30-11:15 AM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society and/or Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
