On the evening of May 26th, John David Lewis, born July 13th, 1974, passed away in Salt Lake City, Utah. John is survived by his son, Cash and his wife, Jeannine; his parents David and Marilyn; his brother and wife Jason and Corrinne; his brother Jared and fiancé Jessica; and countless friends. John was the best of us, and he will be missed more than we can express.
Close friends and family will gather to honor his life at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 1 at the Salt Lake City Cactus and Tropicals. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation.
