James Albert Michaelis

James Albert Michaelis, born on September 5, 2026, returned to his Heavenly Father just hours after his birth. Though his time with us was brief, his parents, Allen and Hali Michaelis, were blessed with precious moments to hold, love, and cherish their sweet son. They find comfort in knowing that James is safe in the arms of Jesus and trust in the Lord's timing, knowing that James's earthly mission was fulfilled.

James is deeply loved and will be forever remembered by his parents, Allen and Hali Michaelis, and his brothers and sisters, William, Luke, Julia, Isabella, Samuel, and Catherine. He is also survived by his grandparents, Owen & Sherla Michaelis and Robert & Melissa Mendenhall, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family finds solace in their faith, knowing that temple covenants bind them to James for eternity and that they will be reunited with him again.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Friday, September 11, 2026 at the Riverton 13tth Ward, 12852 South 3200 West in Riverton, Utah. There will be no visitation prior to services. Interment will follow at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park - South Valley in Riverton, Utah.
