Guestbook/Condolences

I am going to miss Jim so much. He was the nicest person in the world. I’ll miss his sense of humor and apples from his tree and squash & zucchini from his garden. Rest in peace my friend.

Jim was a good neighbor. I will miss his greetings that he would call from his yard to ours. I will also miss the apples from his apple tree that he would hand over the back fence.
My condolences go out to his family.

I met Jim over 20 years ago. He came to my house to watch the Olympic Torch being run down our street. Jim was a very kind, loving man. He spent last Christmas with our family. It was so nice to spend time with him again.
Jim lived his life on his terms and always being independent. God took him home on Jim's terms...gently and peacefully with his independence in tact to the very end.
I know that he was welcomed into the here after with open, loving arms and that he will always be in the heart and soul of his family and friends.
It was an honor to know you Jim!!

I have some fond memories of Jimmy throughout my life! He was the gentlest and kindest person I’d ever met! I never heard him raise his voice and loved his fishing stories! We all loved Jimmy's yellow apples that he was so willing to share, we even enjoyed helping him pick them! I always enjoyed when Jimmy would come to visit my grandparents we’d sit on their patio talking & exchanging stories! Please give grandma & grandpa Carnes big hugs for me! I love you!
