Jeanette Collins

Jeanette Collins passed away, surrounded and held by her children, on the morning of Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 56 years.

Jeanette’s greatest passion was people. As a Personal Empowerment Teacher and Intuitive, she taught and expressed with an endless depth of love, warmth, and wisdom. Endearingly calling herself a “professional listener,” she was a lifeline for many in their darkest moments.

She was a breathtaking example of what it meant to be true to yourself, regardless of what pressure there might be to do otherwise. She walked through this life with a blinding vibrancy and was completely in awe of every aspect life had to offer. That outlook gave her this uncanny ability to coax you out of your deepest hiding places. You were truly seen when she was near.

Her “big energy,” as she called it, could get her in some trouble, but trouble that was well worth it. She consistently stood up for others without a second thought, defended children that weren’t her own, and pushed back against anything she believed to be unjust. If there was any way for her to make your life better, even by a fraction, she would go above and beyond.

She is adored and remembered by a great many: brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, friends, colleagues, and all the people she never met but felt her influence.

Jeanette’s spirit lives on in all her children, biological and all the ones she adopted in her heart. We hope to continue to embody her boldness and conviction. It was an absolute honor to be hers.

As a special note from Jeanette, she expressed this wish: “Put me next to green things while I transfer my world to the next.” We welcome anyone who desires to wear or incorporate something green as we send her off on her next journey.

The viewing service will be held on October 2, 2026, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Larkin Mortuary- Riverton, 3688 W 12600 S, Riverton, UT 84065.
