Jeff was born July 9, 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ann and Ken Sudweeks. He grew up a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He passed away on November 18, 2023 in St. George, Utah after a year long battle with heart and kidney failure.
He is survived by his dad Ken (Jan) Sudweeks, sister April (Steve) Jolley, nephew Kaleb (Lilly) Jolley, nieces Rachel, Cassie and Emily Jolley, great nephew Kanyon, many aunts, uncles, cousins and his best friend Ashley. He was preceded in death by his mom, Ann Sudweeks.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, November 24, 2023 at the Clinton LDS Church located at 1288 West 1300 North, Clinton, Utah. Interment will be at the Paris Idaho Cemetery.
